Field trips just got more fun with Farm Camp
Farm Camp Minnesota is a three-part immersive agriculture experience customized for your classroom bringing 5th–12th grade learners to the farm. It's comprised of three parts: In-Classroom Learning, Hands-On Tour, and Career Exploration.
Through the use of MAITC lessons, students gain an understanding of a specific agricultural product to support learning prior to their on-farm experience. Pre-visit lessons set students up for a successful on-site experience by growing their agricultural literacy. During Farm Camp, educators and agricultural producers create a dynamic hands-on experience for each student while allowing the Ag-Host to share their story.
